I guess people are looking at some of the transactions I have done in the past.  As a matter of fact, they found out that my company is handling the sale of a winery in northern California. The winery is called Highway 101 Wines.  Shortly, I will post information on the financial analysis I used.  Watch for it soon.

Yes. Based on our conversation, I gather you're wondering why the course is offered for free. When I created the website, my goal was to develop a resource where investors and residential real estate agents could learn the fundamentals of real estate analysis. Ideally, some might even consider working at Terra Homes and Investments. This approach seems to be working, though I’m still puzzled about the $5 fee. In any case, I decided to provide the course at no cost.

Keep in mind, I didn’t have to invest much time in creating the lectures. Three of the courses are largely based on what I taught at UCLA Extension—just updated with the help of AI, which helped me sound more engaging than an old guy talking in a classroom.
