I guess people are looking at some of the transactions I have done in the past.  As a matter of fact, they found out that my company is handling the sale of a winery in northern California. The winery is called Highway 101 Wines.  Shortly, I will post information on the financial analysis I used.  Watch for it soon.

When I created the website, my goal was to develop a resource where investors and residential real estate agents could learn the fundamentals of real estate analysis. Some might even consider working at Terra Homes and Investments.  To that end, I decided to offer free access to all the courses; however, that created a bigger problem.  The spam was unmanageable.  Today, there is a $5 fee for lifetime access, and the spam has dropped to almost nothing.

The courses I have provided are essentially the same as those I taught through UCLA Extension (and the cost is much lower).
