Textbook

I recently had a subscriber ask me about textbooks.  In this course, a textbook is not required.  Apparently he knew that I taught at a college for many years.  In that course I used "Investment Analysis for Real Estate Decision" by Phillip T Kolbe, Gaylon E. Greer, and Bennie D. Waller, Jr.  If anyone is interested in buying it, the printed version can be quite expensive; however, there is a digital version available from the publisher, Dearborn, A Kaplan Real Estate Education Company.  Let me know if you have any questions.
