In this lecture, we will examine the California Notice of Eviction.  Before we begin, it may be worthwhile to look at your notes on the exemptions to the Tenant Protection Act, which was covered in lecture #2.  A copy of the TPA has also been posted in the lecture notes. We will also examine the process of removing a tenant. The Act applies to ALL residential rental properties of 2 units or more where the tenant is on a month-to-month lease, and the building is over 15 years old.  For a complete discussion, please review the TPA.
