Our course, California Rent Caps and Just Cause Evictions, is a must for anyone considering investing in real estate. The course examines investing in single-family homes, multi-residential, and smaller commercial real estate investments. Topics include a review of the Civil Codes 1947.12 and 1946.2, which impact Rent Caps, Just Cause Evictions, Security deposits, rent increases, and the eviction process. We will also examine exemptions to the Tenant Protection Act of 2024, which may allow the small landlord to raise rents beyond the limits specified in the TPA.
